Industries

The same discipline, different constraints.

We work across sectors where downtime is expensive and documentation is part of completion. What changes between them is access, timing and the records required at handover.

Industries

Infrastructure where continuity matters.

Requirements differ by sector: availability windows, security procedures, documentation formats and what acceptance means on the day of handover.

  • 01

    Government

Controlled sites, access procedures and documented completion.

  • 02

    Telecom

Passive backbone, equipment rooms and pathway capacity.

  • 03

    Finance

Change-controlled work inside continuously operating environments.

  • 04

    Healthcare

Phased activity around clinical operating hours.

  • 05

    Education

Campus distribution, telecom rooms and structured cabling renewal.

  • 06

    Energy & Utilities

Distributed sites and disciplined field attendance.

  • 07

    Real Estate

Fit-out coordination with wider construction programmes.

  • 08

    Hospitality

Guest-facing environments requiring tidy, low-disruption work.

  • 09

    Retail & Enterprise

Repeatable installation standards across multiple locations.

  • 10

    Manufacturing

Industrial pathways, containment and equipment room integration.

  • 11

    Cloud & Digital

White-space readiness, rack build and structured capacity growth.

  • 12

    Smart Cities

Field devices, ELV systems and connected infrastructure.

How requirements differ

Four variables that shape every programme.

01
Access and security procedures
Controlled sites require permits, escorted access and vetted personnel. We plan attendance around the approval process rather than against it.
02
Availability windows
In finance, healthcare and telecom environments, physical work happens inside agreed windows with a rollback position defined before the window opens.
03
Documentation formats
Different sectors require different record sets: test packs, port schedules, asset registers, as-built drawings or all of them together.
04
Meaning of acceptance
Acceptance criteria are agreed in the Define gate, so what counts as complete is not negotiated at the end of the programme.

Tell us about your sector's constraints.

Share the site, the scope and the constraints. We will respond with what can be delivered, in what sequence, and what will be documented at handover.
