Service 03

Managed Site Services

Hands-on support for live environments.

Overview

Hands-on support for live environments

Operating environments need physical attendance: a device reseated, a circuit patched, a part replaced, an asset verified, a room inspected before an audit.

Rakiza provides that attendance as a defined service with response expectations, documented actions and asset accuracy maintained across every visit.

Scope of work

What is actually delivered.

01

Remote hands

Basic physical tasks performed under instruction: power cycling, cable checks, visual confirmation and reporting back.

02

Smart hands

Skilled intervention including patching changes, module fitting, structured troubleshooting and guided installation support.

03

IMAC services

Installs, moves, adds and changes carried out to a request queue with records updated as part of closure.

04

Break-fix support

Attendance for physical faults, component replacement and restoration of the installed condition.

05

Asset handling

Receiving, tagging, staging, secure storage coordination and controlled removal of equipment.

06

Site inspections

Periodic physical reviews covering cabinet condition, labeling accuracy, containment integrity and housekeeping.

Our approach

How the work is controlled.

  1. 01

    Defined request path

Each task arrives with a scope, an authorization and an expected response, so nothing is performed on assumption.

  2. 02

    Change discipline on live sites

Work inside operating environments is agreed, sequenced and reversible wherever the risk requires it.

  3. 03

    Record on closure

Actions, parts and affected ports are captured at the point of completion, not reconstructed later.

  4. 04

    Recurring coverage

Scheduled attendance and on-call arrangements can be structured as a continuing programme.

Verification & handover

What you receive at acceptance.

Handover is a package, not a phone call: test data, labeling records and as-built information that reflect the installed condition.

Share the site, the scope and the constraints. We will respond with what can be delivered, in what sequence, and what will be documented at handover.
